Automated Billing Payment.
Introducing the Automated Billing Payment (ABP) as a revolutionary application designed for biller management that integrates reconciliation functions with support for various types of payment channels and billing service providers (Biller).
Framework Design And Objectivity.
Robust platform designed to manage all external connections with third-party products (Biller, Switching, Biller Aggregator, etc.) as well as internal API connections integrated within the banking environment which is ready to be standardized with SNAP.
This integration offers a flexible interconnection framework, enhancing the uptime quality of biller products. Additionally, it centralizes transaction reporting and service quality in real-time and autonomously.
This platform ensures seamless connectivity between various systems, elevating the reliability and performance of biller products while providing centralized, real-time transaction reporting and service quality management.
Frequently Encountered Problems
One of the most important solutions for the banking sector is the adoption of automated billing payments that can overcome the complexity of cross-sector payment systems. However, not all applications can provide solutions to this increasingly diverse and dynamic system. The following are problems that are often encountered:
- Limited Options. Banks cannot control payment transactions because their business scheme is controlled by the Biller Aggregator.
- Reconciliation Hassle. Reconciliation is carried out by each channel for each biller so there are a lot of reconciliation reports because each e-channel has to make its report per Biller Aggregator.
- Biller Disruption. Cannot identify and move the Biller if a disruption occurs due to connection/network problems.
- Multi-Document. Cannot manage various types of billers, because each biller has various Technical Specification Documents.
- Channel Report. Each channel (ATM, Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, Internet Banking, EDC) has reports that are not integrated into one application.
- Manual Switch. The bank cannot determine the Biller Aggreater in the search for the best price.
- Transaction Handling. Banks experience difficulties when transactions become pending or suspect and when returning customer money to savings accounts due to failed transactions.
